Diary of Events for Remembrance Observations Torpoint 2023
On Armistice Day, Saturday 11th November, there will be a short service at 11.00am at Sparrow Park, observing the national 2 minutes silence, everyone is welcome to attend.
For those attending the Remembrance Parade in Torpoint on Sunday 12th November, organisations will be forming up in Albion Road from 10.20am onwards. The march off from Albion Road will commence at 10.45am, at a signal from the person in charge of the Road Marshalls. It is important to remember that the Road Marshalls are responsible for the safety of all, please follow their instructions. The Order of Service for the Remembrance Parade is available here and printed copies will be available for collection from Wednesday 1st November at Torpoint Library and Community Hub.
