NOTICE OF POLL AND SITUATION OF POLLING STATIONS

Torpoint Parish Neighbourhood Plan Referendum for the Torpoint Parish neighbourhood

Notice is hereby given that:

1. A poll for the above referendum will be held on Thursday 30 October 2025, between the hours of 7:00 am and 10:00 pm.

2. The question to be put to voters is as follows:

“Do you want Cornwall Council to use the neighbourhood plan for

Torpoint Parish to help it decide planning applications in the

neighbourhood area?”
