Wills Written to Support Hospices

If you have not yet made a Will, or it needs updating, this is your chance to have it done and at the same time help Cornwall Hospice Care.

During Make a Will Week (i.e. 10 th - 14 th May 2010), participating solicitors are giving their time to write or update standard Wills in return for a donation to Cornwall Hospice Care. Every donation will support the work of both St Julia’s Hospice in Hayle and Mount Edgcumbe Hospice in St Austell. Suggested donations are £75 for a Single Will, £110 for a pair of Mirror Wills and £40 for a Codicil to update an existing Will.

Should your Will require specialist legal or tax advice and not be a standard document, the solicitor will make you aware of this and agree a fee with you before proceeding. There is no obligation to include Cornwall Hospice Care in your Will, but should you choose to the charity would be very grateful.
